Banquet May 7: Smoke House BBQ for dinner, $10 parents, $5 kids

Possible Car Wash May 5

Still need Parents for Board Positions.

Awards for end of the year banquet to be ordered. Same awards as last year, will order two years in advance.

Emails to be sent to new band parents. Carlene drafting letter. Inviting new band parents to April 12 parent meeting.

Color Guard Auditions April 10, 17, 24

Budget discussed: Balance of BBT and Paypal 5730.96

• Music needed for Spring Concert, to be ordered from Musical Innovations and payed for by Booster Club.

• Kathy Enterprise needs to be paid for Guard shoes.

• Membership Toolkit, Coca Cola, Mobile Modular, April & May Guard Staff payment, and Banquet dinner are upcoming bills.

Pictures need to be obtained of guard to sell costume.

Vinyl from props need to be hung in the back of band room.

Band fees to be rediscussed.
