When you sponsor the Wade Hampton High School Marching Band, you provide students with a unique opportunity to grow in essential life skills such as persistence, teamwork, trust, and time management, and to develop friendships and connections through the shared experience of hard work for a common purpose. You also show the community your support for the arts and education.

Sponsorship levels and benefits:
PLATINUM- $1,000
Your logo prominently displayed on an individual sign at the football stadium; your logo prominently displayed on the back of the Game Day t-shirt**; individual recognition on social media (x6); recognition in weekly band emails; opportunity to speak (5 min) at a band event and recognition on the WHHS Bands website.
GOLD-$500
Your logo displayed on an individual sign at the football stadium; your logo on the back of the Game Day t-shirt**; individual recognition on social media (x4); recognition in weekly band emails and recognition on the WHHS Bands website.
SILVER- $300
Your logo on a group sign at the football stadium*; your name on the back of the Game Day t-shirt**; group recognition on social media (x4); recognition in weekly band emails and recognition on the WHHS Bands website.
BRONZE- $100
Your name on a group sign at the football stadium*; your name on the back of a band t-shirt**; group recognition on social media (x2); recognition in weekly band emails and recognition on the WHHS Bands website.
Student Sponsorship - $500
This sponsorship will be applied directly toward a student's band fee. The band fee covers the students travel, food, uniform need, etc.
Please make sponsorship checks out to "Wade Hampton High School" with students name in the Memo line as well please Specify the name of the student you with to sponsor in the "Student" box on the sponsorship form.
**Sponsorships must be received by July 25 in order to be included on the back of the Game Day t-shirt.
*Sponsorships must be received by August 1st to be included on the group sign.

It is a public school. Why do we need to raise money?
The reality is that tax dollars pay for the minimum necessities to teach our children. We believe the band program adds value to their education, but to make it happen, we have to go beyond what the school can provide.
What do the donations pay for?
Along with money raised at the visitor-side concession stand and through other fundraising efforts, this money will pay for equipment needed for the practice field, props you'll see during performances, carts to push various equipment on and off the field, trucks to transport equipment to competitions, and more.
