Here's the schedule:
8 AM - Rehearsal begins
10:45 AM - Load Truck
11:45 AM - Dismiss - Shower and eat lunch on your own
1:45 PM - Call time at WHHS - change into uniforms/costumes
2:15 PM - Depart for Boiling Springs High School
3:15 PM - Arrive at Boiling Springs and unload
4 PM - Snack
4:30 PM - Visual Warm-up
5 PM - Walk to music Warm-Up
5:15 PM - Music Warm-up
6 PM - Walk to Gate
6:10 PM - Gate Time
6:25 PM - PERFORM
6:45 PM - Load Truck
7:15 PM - Eat dinner
8 PM - In stands watching other bands
9 PM - Awards
9:45 PM - Depart for WHHS
10:30 PM - Arrive at WHHS and unload
approx. 11 PM - Dismiss (Pick Up Time)
If you are coming to cheer on our awesome band, make sure you arrive before 6 pm to allow for parking, walking, and finding a seat.
Remember, dismissal time is approximate. Students are not allowed to leave until Mr. Pace dismisses them, which is after everything is unloaded and put away and their meeting is finished.
FOOD DONATIONS FOR COMPETITIONS
As you see on the schedule, part of the day is eating. Unless otherwise indicated, the main course for the meal is covered, but we need parents to help supplement with fruits, veggies and desserts.
