BAND NOTES - March 4, 2018
Here are some reminders and information about band activities from the Band Boosters and A.J. Pace, Director of Bands.
PLEASE COME TO THE PARENT MEETING!
Tuesday, March 6 at 6 pm in the chorus room. We know you are busy, and it is hard to think about marching band so early in the year, but plans are being made now and we need your input!
URGENT CALL FOR PARENT ACTION
We need all parents to call their State representative this week!
There is a Senate Bill (S 302) that is going in front of the education sub committee next Wednesday that gives PE credit to students in marching band. Senator Ross Turner from Greenville is on this education committee. We need to get everyone in action to call him and ask him to vote in favor of the bill! Please call!!

BAKERS NEEDED FOR THE MARCH BAKE SALE Friday, March 9
Please share your baking talents by signing up to make baked goods for the next bake sale fundraiser.
Goodies can be individually bagged (2 cookies a bag or 1 brownie a bag) or just sent in a container. (Please label it if you want the container returned.)
Drop donations by the school office labeled for "Band Bake Sale" by 11 amon March 9 for lunch set up.
