5pm – 9pm Tipsy Taco Fundraising Night Dine in or take out - all counts!
Thursday, Oct 26
6 pm – 9 pm Marching Band Rehearsal
Friday, Oct 27
4 pm – 7 pm Marching Band Rehearsal and load truck
Saturday, Oct 28
SCBDA AAAA State Championships - Spring Valley High School, Columbia
6:00 AM – Call Time at WHHS Change into show clothes 6:30 AM – Leave for Spring Valley HS 8:30 AM – Arrive Unload/Bathroom Break/Breakfast 9:30 AM – Stretch and visual warm-up 10:10 AM – Walk to music warm-up 10:20 AM – Music warm-up 11:20 AM – Staging 11:30 AM – Perform 12:00 PM – Load truck – Stay in Full Uniform 12:30 PM – Lunch 1:45 PM – In stands to watch bands (back side bleachers, MUST sit as a tight block) 2:45 PM – Head to Retreat Line-up 3:15 PM – Awards Ceremony – Full Retreat 4:00 PM – Depart Spring Valley HS 6:00 PM – Arrive at WHHS Unload/Change/Season Wrap-Up 6:30 PM – Dismiss

Chaperones for Saturday's contest (please check the details before you sign up - must be Level 2 Volunteer approved)
please note, only SIGNED UP volunteers will receive admission to the band area on Saturday
