WEEKLY ANNOUNCEMENTS March 14, 2017

Thank you to all who helped make the memorial event for John Robb truly a celebration of love - love for a lost friend and love for his family in their unimaginable grief. Thank you to:

• students and Mr. Pace who put their time and energy in relearning the music and who played it with so much powerful emotion

• parents who signed up and brought food to sustain everyone during the event, with extras to send home for the family

• some incredibly hardworking board members who took the request "can you bring food" and went above and beyond with their hustle

• friends and neighbors of the Robb family

• local businesses who gave generously: MOE'S WAL-MART PEBBLE CREEK PIZZA MARVIN'S PRODUCE ZAXBY'S

• most of all, Furman University who gave so much support and assistance and without whom the event could not have happened.

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 4:15 pm to 6:45 pm

Concert festival rehearsal

• after school on Wednesday from 4 to 5:30.

• All wind ensemble and percussion members that are performing in the concert are required to attend.

Concert Performance Assessment

• Tuesday, March 21, 3:00 pm, Dorman High School

• All are welcome to attend.

• We still need a chaperone or two to join us on the trip. They need to be cleared with the school district to join us.
