SCHEDULE for October 20-22

Thursday, October 20th

4:00 to 7:00 PM – Regular rehearsal 7:00 to 7:15 PM – Move Equipment to Stadium 7:15 to 7:30 PM – Change into Uniform 7:45 PM – Half Time Performance at JV Football Game 8:00 PM – Return to Band Room/pack-up/clean/dismiss

Friday, October 21st

4:00 to 7:30 PM - Additional rehearsal in Stadium

Saturday, October 22nd

8:00 AM – Report to WHHS (eat a good breakfast before you arrive)

- arrive wearing long black socks, black t-shirt and athletic shorts *bring jeans and show shirt to wear after performance - change into performance attire 8:30 AM – Depart WHHS

9:15 AM – Arrive at Boiling Springs High School and unload 9:45 AM – Warm-up for the show 11:05 AM – Arrive at Gate 11:15 AM – Perform and rock the house! 11:30 AM – Load truck (all students participate) 12:00 PM – Lunch/Change into jeans and show shirts 1:00 PM – Sit in stands and watch bands 3:00 PM – Awards 3:30 PM – Depart Boiling Springs High School 4:15 PM – Arrive at WHHS – Unpack - Clean 4:45 PM – Dismiss to cars in fire lane pick up area
