Meeting began at 6:30 pm

Robyn welcomed the parents to the Band Booster Meeting.

 

Fruit Fundraiser:

 Explained the costs

o 2 days off the vine

o $10 profit per a box

 Explained the due dates

o Thanksgiving

o Christmas

o Our Choice

 

Volunteer Needs:

 We are still learning what is needed for football games, chaperones, and concessions

 We need further direction from Mr. Pace about rules of engagement for the kids who do not

march. What is their expectation?

 

Water:

 Need of water bottle donations

o 150 per game

o 162 per competition

 

Volunteer Concerns:

 New parent volunteer form

 What is needed and the process for volunteering

 

Concessions:

 Is there enough concession food items?

o Yes, but keep the donations coming

 

Meeting adjourned at 7:15 pm

 

Next Steps:

1. Change in the pickup lane – park to the left

1. Media booth overplaying the band at football games

2. Let Robyn know if you are not getting the emails
